Parish Feast at St. Thomas Syro Malabar Mission Toronto on 8th July,2012

The celebration of the Feast of St.Thomas, St.Sebastian and St. Alphonsa will be held on Sunday July 8th at Precious Blood Church, [St. Thomas Syro Malabar Mission (Malayalam Church)Toronto. This year, the celebrations will begin at 4:00 pm with a Co-Celebrated High Mass, followed by a colourful Procession, Benediction, and Social Gathering.

The procession will include floats and “Chendamelam”. Just as last year, the procession will be based on Family units and the members should stay with their family unit for the procession. Due to limited parking spaces at Precious Blood church, car pooling is recommended.

The Vicar of the Church Fr. Antony Thundathil informed that there will not be a Holy Mass in the west region at Michael Goetz Secondary School on Sunday morning.

On behalf of the "presudenthi"- Babychen & Shynimol Thayilchira and the "perunnal" committee, he invited all families to participate in the celebration, as it is a testament of our faith.
