Madhavikutty's Manomi novel to get a film
Popular novel ‘Manomi’ by Madhavikutty is being made as a movie in Malayalam. The film is titled to be ‘Ramaravanan’ and is directed by Biju Raveendran. The lead roles in the film are done by Suresh Gopi and Mithra. The novel is about a Sinhala girl Manomi who falls in love with a Srilankan Tamilan, Thiruselvan. The role of Manomi will be done by Mithra Kurian and Suresh Gopi dons the role of Thiruselvan. The other casts in the film are Nedumudi Venu, Sudheesh, Lena, Vijayakumar, Biju Menon, Jagathy, Baburaj Suraj and Krishna. Thushar International produces the movie, Kaithaparam plays the music and Jibu Jacob handles the camera. The film is been shot at Thenkasi and Sri Lanka.The music will be composed by Kaithaparam and Jibu Jacob is the cinematographer.
